On Friday, PFL-owned Bellator Champions Series put on a fight card Paris, featuring French superstar Cedric Doumbe in the co-main event.

Doumbe, a former GLORY Kickboxing champion, took on his most experienced MMA opponent to date in Jaleel Willis. They faced off in a 175 lbs catchweight contest, where Doumbe managed to secure a first-round TKO stoppage against the American.

Known for his creative walkouts, Doumbe this time decided to bring a vacuum cleaner on stage, cleaning the floor to remind everyone that his only MMA loss was a fluke. In his previous fight, Doumbe lost to the undefeated Baysangur “Baki” Chamsoudinov as referee Marc Goddard decided to put a halt to the bout in the third round after Doumbe had been complaining about a splinter in his toe.

“I wanna fight him here in Paris. Pete (Murray), let’s set it up here,” Pettis said while also praising Doumbe’s performance.

“This guy must be crazy,” Doumbe responded.
