Former OKTAGON bantamweight champion Jonas Mågård took a tough loss against Swedish-Brazilian Feliple Lima at this past Friday’s OKTAGON event.
After five rounds of action, the dominant Lima stood as the winner via unanimous decision. After the fight there where a lot of mutual respect between the two bantamweights.
However, in a recent series of Instagram stories, the former champion hinted that Lima won via some kind of unfair methods.
“Just recieved some crazy information today …”
“The war is not over.”
“It all makes much more sense now!”
What kind of information Mågård claimed to have is not known at the moment.
The Swedish-Brazilian defeated Mågård via decision with 48-45, 48-46 and 48-45 on the scorecards to extend his impressive winning streak to 12 straight victories.
Before winning the OKTAGON bantamweight title, Felipe Lima won the FCR bantamweight championship in 2021 as he knocked out Evgeny Odnorog with a flying knee in the first round.
His only loss came against Ivan Luiz back in 2015.
