OKTAGON MMA’s bantamweight champion Jonas Mågård is set to defend his strap against the first ever KSW bantamweight champion Antun Racic.

The fight will take place on Friday, July 28 in Prague, Czech Republic.

Mågård has a pro record of 15-5 and comes from a massive performance as he stopped former UFC fighter Gustavo Lopez in the second round at OKTAGON 41 in April.

No. 2 ranked Racic is an experienced fighter with a pro record of 27-11-1, He comes from a win in his OKTAGON debut a few days back.

Jonas Mågård will defend his title for the third time

The fight against Racic will mark the third title defense for Jonas Mågård.

“Saturday’s open-air tournament at Prague’s Štvanice Stadium sold out in roughly 100 hours! So OKTAGON has added another tournament for fans, which will take place one day earlier – on Friday 28.7. 2023. And prices have been reduced to a minimum so that everyone can experience it,” the promotion said about the special card.

The card will also feature a number one contender fight in the middleweight division between Robert Bryczek and Samuel Kristofic. Bryczek has four straight knockout wins going into the fight.
