Two years after his heavyweight debut, Swedish UFC legend Alexander Gustafsson moves back to light heavyweight to face Nikita Krylov at The O2 Arena in London.
With just weeks to go, it’s safe to say that “The Mauler” looks as strong as ever ahead of the return to his former division.
Alexander Gustafsson will face No. 11 ranked fighter
Gustafsson’s opponent, Nikita “The Miner” Krylov, is ranked No. 11 in the UFC light heavyweight division and has two straight losses against top ranked Magomed Ankalaev and Paul Craig.
Since his UFC debut back in 2018, Krylov fought two former UFC light heavyweight champions in Jan Błachowicz and Glover Teixeira, as well as household names like Ovince Saint Preux and Johnny Walker.
