World-class MMA organization PFL just announced that Swedish flyweight Cornelia Holm will be one of the contestants in the promotion’s upcoming European tournament.

With the new regional concept, eight prospects will compete for the $100,000 dollar championship as well as a chance to earn a spot in the PFL’s global $1 million tournament season. Fighters were just announced for four different weight categories and Holm – also known as “Conny Future – will be fighting in the women’s flyweight division as Sweden’s very first female PFL fighter.

In the male bantamweight division, former UAE Warriors champ Ali Taleb will put his undefeated 8-0 record on the line against some of the top 135ers in Europe. Taleb was already booked for the tournament since he won his qualifier bout against Darius Mafi back in August.
