Karl Albrektsson to face Bellator veteran in first title defense

Superior Challenge light heavyweight champion Karl Albrektsson (14-5) will return to action on November 30 to defend his strap for the first time.
The promotion just announced that Chuck Campbell (7-4) will be the one to challenge “King” for the title. The American light heavyweight prospect represents the American Kickboxing Academy and fought in promotions like PFL, Cage Warriors and Bellator.
The Swedish champion is stoked on fighting on his hometurf again.
“I love competing at home in front of family and friends,” Albrektsson recently told Maximum Sports. “I’ve fought all over the world, but it always feels extra special to be on home turf. Superior gives me the opportunity to be active and do what I love thanks to their good cooperation with the big foreign organizations. Getting the chance to compete at Superior means a lot to me, it gives me meaning.”
