Almost two years removed from their first fight, Renato Vidovic and Rohullah Yousofi are now booked for a second showdown! The rematch has just been announced for Fight Club Rush 19, which takes place on February 24th in Stockholm.
The two flyweights first met in the main event at Zone Pro League 2 in what was Vidovic’s fourth pro bout and Yousofi’s second. It was a hard-fought battle that went the distance, with Vidovic securing a well-earned decision over a game Yousofi – who showed tremendous improvements to his MMA game.
After that Vidovic finished Binh Son Le via knockout, setting up a fight with Amir Malekpour for the inaugural FCR flyweight title. The fight would unfortunately end in a No Contest due to an inadvertent eye poke, and Vidovic’s subsequent planned title fight with Jonny Touma was also cancelled, this time due to a clearance issue with the Swedish MMA commission.
Now Vidovic stands with a 4-1 record, hoping to secure that elusive FCR title shot.
Yousofi lined up three straight wins following his loss to Vidovic – two by way of knockout. His latest win, a Fight of the Year contender against Zoran Milic, led to a short notice title shot against the above mentioned FCR champ Jonny Touma. Yousofi lost a three round decision though had a strong showing in the third round.
With three wins and three losses as a pro Yousofi now hopes to do enough to earn a second shot at the title.

Current fight card for FCR 19
Fight Club Rush 19 will take place on February 24 at Quality Hotel in Stockholm. The event is the promotion’s third in the Swedish capital.
The card features home town hero Nabbe Malki (2-1) who returns to action against undefeated pro fighter Mika Kallio (2-0). Malki comes from a super quick knockout win against Maycon James at Fight Club Rush 17 in Uppsala this past September.
At the moment the FCR 19 fight card looks like following*:
- Bantamweight title bout: Tuomas Grönvall vs. Hecher Sosa
- Welterweight bout: Nabbe Malki vs. Mika Kallio
- Featherweight bout: Wasi Adeshina vs. Luka Giorgadze
- Featherweight bout: Raymond Johansson vs. Waltteri Häkkinen
- Featherweight bout: Kevin Osorio vs. Abdulaziz Husein
- Flyweight bout: Renato Vidovic vs Rohullah Yousofi
