Moa Carlsson made a brilliant ONE Championship debut when she took on Tsz Ching Phoebe Lo during Friday’s ONE Friday Fights 78 at Lumpinee Boxing Stadium, Bangkok.

The Swede was the better fighter in all three rounds and eventually stood as the winner via unanimous decision.

Demetrious Johnson announces MMA retirement

Demetrious Johnson has retired.

Widely regarded as one of the greatest MMA fighters of all time, “The Mighty Mouse” is a former UFC champion and is taking the ONE Championship flyweight title with him.

“I am done. I am done competing in mixed martial arts, and I want to say thank you guys so much for giving me the opportunity”, Johnson said about retiring.

Dustin Poirier says he will return for one more UFC fight

Legendary UFC lightweight Dustin Poirier appears to have decided his future as a fighter.

“Once more into the fray, into the last good fight I’ll ever know. Live and die on this day, live and die on this day,” Poirier wrote in response to a fan on social media.

Israel Adesanya releases statement in reported traffic altercation

Former UFC middleweight chanpion Israel Adesanya has addressed the recent report of his involvement in a road rage incident.

“I am extremely disappointed after an incident on Wednesday when a random member of the public stopped his car, racially abused me, and challenged me to a fight,” Adesanya said in the statement. “We have been in contact with police and will be pressing charges.”

“On Wednesday morning, I was leaving a cafe on K Rd when a passing car slowed, and an occupant began yelling racial abuse and challenging me to fight. I smiled, waved it off, and continued to my car. The vehicle stopped, and the abuse continued. I again waved it off. The car then parked, and the passenger got out, approached me aggressively, continued his torrent of abuse, and demanded I fight him. I tried to de-escalate the situation repeatedly. As he got closer, I asked bystanders to call the police.
