A new trailer of UFC superstar Conor McGregor’s Netflix documentary ‘McGregor Forever’ has been released.
The upcoming sports documentary will air on May 17, and is produced by McGregor himself and directed by Gotham Chopra and Darragh Mccarthy.
This will be the Irish MMA fighters second Netflix documentary as he previously produced one back in 2017 named ‘Conor McGregor: Notorious’.
The upcoming documentary will follow Conor McGregor after the career-threatening injury he suffered in his third fight against rival Dustin Poirier back in July 2021.
“I’ve been fighting my entire life, it’s what I was put here to do,” McGregor said in the new trailer.
Conor McGregor is a former UFC featherweight and lightweight champion, and in November 2016 he made history as he became the first fighter to hold UFC championships in two weight classes simultaneously.
Known for his heavy left hand and solid counterpunches, he backed up his trash talk with vicious performances in the octagon during his prime.
Outside the cage, McGregor’s life has been filled with controversies including sexual assault allegations, assaults and the us battack at UFC 223 Media Day.
UFC plans to have the Irish fighter returning to compete against top ranked lightweight Michael Chandler. When, where or in what weight class is still not known.
