Polish MMA promotion KSW held its first event back in 2004 and has over the years grown to one of the top promotions in Europe, as well as one of the biggest ticket-selling combat sports organizations in the world.

Different from other MMA promotions, KSW has a strategy of having fewer but more massive events, with stacked cards and over 50.000 live attendance at their biggest shows.

Let’s take a closer look at the best fighters in KSW right now!

15. Igor Michaliszyn

  • Nationality: Poland
  • Record: 10-2

No. 3 ranked Igor Michaliszyn is undefeated in the promotion with back-to-back stoppage wins against Idris Amizhaev and Krystian Bielski.

The 27-year-old rides a five fight winning streak and has only lost twice in his professional career that dates back to 2015. Before joining the KSW ranks, Michaliszyn competed in promotion’s like RWC and Spartan Fight.

14. Leo Brichta

  • Record: 12-3

Promotional newcomer Leo Brichta is already ranked at No. 3 in the lightweight division after pulling off two straight wins in just a few months.

The Czech is still undefeated in KSW, and pulled together a 12-3 pro record after competing in promotions like OKTAGON MMA and Real Fight Arena. He’s currently riding a seven-fight winning streak.

13. Valeriu Mircea

  • Record: 29-8-1

At age 30, Valeriu ”The Solitary Wolf” Valeriu Mircea already fought almost 40 pro fights in various promotions like Brave CF and Eagles Fighting Championship and CAGE.

With a KSW record of 3-1, and three straight wins, he’s currently ranked at No. 2 in the promotion’s lightweight division.

12. Patryk Kaczmarczyk

No. 2 ranked featherweight Patryk Kaczmarczyk is on the rise after three straigth wins.

The 25-year-old already fought seven times in the promotion and is quite likely just a win or two away from a shot at the title that’s currently held by KSW star Salahdine Parnasse.

11. Sebastian Przybysz

Sebastian Przybysz is the No. 2 ranked bantamweight in KSW and has a promotional record of 9-2-1. The 30-year-old made his KSW debut in 2018 and found the finish in almost all of his wins.

Before joining the Polish promotion he competed in organizations like ACB and Runda.

10. Michal Materla

Polish MMA legend Michal Materla has over 40 fights to his name, and with 29 of them in KSW, he’s the biggest veteran on the list.

Currently ranked at No. 4 at the middleweight, with back-to-back finishes, the former middleweight champion is always a dangerous opponent for anyone in the division.

9. Darko Stosic

Belgrade’s Darko Stosic has a 6-1 promotional record and is currently ranked at No. 1 in the heavyweight division.

The UFC and Brave CF veteran is a seasoned fighter who tested himself against the likes of Jamahal Hill and Philip De Fries.

8. Jakub Wiklacz

KSW bantamweight champion Jakub Wiklacz is 4-1-1 in the promotion and made his promotional debut as a 23-year-old in July 2020.

His last fight was his first KSW main card headliner, against Sebastian Przybysz, but the fight eventually turned out to be a technical draw.

7. Mamed Khalidov

Poland’s Mamed Khalidov who fought a staggering 27 fights in the promotion, with a 21-4-2 record.

The former KSW light heavyweight and middleweight champion is currently ranked at No. 1 in the middleweight division, and comes from stoppage wins against Scott Askham and Mariusz Pudzianowski.

6. Robert Ruchala

No. 1 ranked featherweight Robert Ruchala has a 6-1 promotional record and joined the European promotion after just three pro fights.

The interim featherweight champion was undefeated with nine straight wins until losing to current champion Salahdine Parnasse in August.

5. Ibragim Chuzhigaev

Light heavyweight champion Ibragim Chuzhigaev has a KSW record of 3-0 after almost two years in the promotion. He won the title in his first fight and defended it twice.

4. Pawel Pawlak

Poland’s Pawel Pawlak is undefeated in KSW with a promotional record of 4-0. In fact, ”Plastinho” has not lost a fight since December 2018 and rides a seven fight winning streak.

At the massive KSW 83: Colosseum 2 he defeated Tomasz Romanowski via a fifth-round TKO to claim the middleweight championship.

3. Adrian Bartosinski

Undefeated rising star Adrian Bartosinski has a pro record 14-0 with five wins in KSW. No fewer than 12 of his 14 wins came via stoppage.

The 28-year-old welterweight champion is one of the absolute best fighters in KSW right now, and could quite possibly move on to a bigger international organization.

On December 16 he will defend his strap in the KSW main event against lightweight and featherweight champion Salahdine Parnasse.

2. Salahdine Parnasse

  • Nationality: France
  • Record: 18-1

The lightweight and featherweight KSW double champion Salahdine Parnasse won his first title in KSW with a flawless performance over Roman Szymanski back at KSW 48 and captured his second KSW title with a win over Sebastian Rajewski at KSW 76.

The French fighter has a 10-1 promotional record with his only loss coming against Daniel Torres at KSW 58 in January 2021.

  • Record: 24-6-1

Heavyweight champion Philip De Fries is undefeated in KSW with a 10-0 promotional record, with eight coming via stoppage. He won the KSW heavyweight title in April 2018 and defended it no fewer than nine times.

The MMA veteran has been active as a pro since 2009 and competed for promotion’s like the UFC, Bellator, and M-1 Global.
