Dmitry Bivol vs Artur Beterbiev.
For the first time in the four-belt era, two light heavyweight boxers will clash for the undisputed championship. On Saturday October 12, Artur Beterbiev will take on Dmitry Bivol in a highly anticipated fight.
Beterbiev, holder of the WBC, WBO and IBF light-heavyweight titles, is known to be one of boxing’s most devastating punchers. No opponent has ever gone the distance with him.
”If I land, everyone can be knocked out,” Beterbiev told Sky Sports.
Bivol, the holder of the WBA title, is one of the technically greatest boxers right now.
”This is the two best light-heavyweight fighters in the world. It’s the undisputed fight and it’s two different boxing styles, two guys that don’t know what a loss is,” Bivol told Sky Sports.
Adding more to the matchup is the fact that both fighters are undefeated. They also boxed on the same squad as amateurs when they were on the Russian national team.
