Dominance Fighting Championship returns for its second-ever event at K.B. Hallen on Saturday. The promotion is looking to set a new attendance record as around 3000 tickets are sold with two days to go.
”Dominance Fighting Championship 2.0 is going to be our biggest show ever,” three-time Olympian and UFC veteran Mark O. Madsen tells Frontkick. ”We are going to have more people in the arena than when we did the Cage Warriors 103 back in 2019. What a development and already at our second show.”
”We are going to take over Scandinavia. We want to create a Champions League of MMA in Scandinavia. Once we completed and manifested that we are going to take over Europe.
The Dominance FC 2 fight card is headlined by a lightweight contest between Denmark’s Marco Birch and Spain’s Adrian Galvez. The home fighter is coming from a stoppage win at Dominance FC 1 while Galvez is undefeated with three wins on his resume.
”My fighting style is jiu jitsu and boxing, scrambling and chaos. I like chaos,” Birch said about the upcoming bout.
Madsen is stoked to have the international matchup as the main event.
”Galvez is a training partner of UFC champion Ilia Topuria. It’s going to be amazing to watch both of them put on a show. We have a very good Danish fighter against an undefeated Spanish fighter. It will be one for the books,” Madsen said.
