Elin Öberg ready for tough fight at UAE Warriors in Abu Dhabi

On October 22, Swedish MMA fighter Elin ”The Amazon” Öberg will return to action at UAE Warriors 34 in Abu Dhabi. This will be the Swedes first fight since she made her promotional debut in September last year.

Öberg is set to welcome the tough Brazilian Larissa Carvalho to the promotion in a 120 lbs catchweight fight. Carvalho has a record of 4-1 and rides a four-fight winning streak, with three victories coming by stoppage.

Stockholm fighter Elin Öberg is 3-2

Representing Stockholm’s Combat Academy Kampsportcenter, Öberg started her professional career in 2018 delivering back-to-back wins against Anna Astvik and Anette Österberg. She’s now 3-2 going into her second fight at UAE Warriors.

UAE Warriors 34 will take place at Al Jazira Sports Club in Abu Dhabi, and will stream on UFC Fight Pass. The main event features a lightweight bout between Armenian fighter Martun Mezhlumyan who will clash with Acoidan Duque from Spain.
