Retired Norwegian MMA fighter Håkon Foss’ nickname ”Döden” (Death) is so cool it’s crazy. I don’t know it’s because I’m a heavy metal maniac but there I just can’t get over how cool and extremely concise it is to name yourself after Death itself. Big respect Håkon!

In a comment to Frontkick, he explains the nickname.

”It was my childhood friends who started to call me ”Döden” due to some character in a series that reminded them of me. I had the same charisma apparently,” Foss says. ”I changed the name once but then Jack Hermansson gave me shit for it.”
