The crowd was going wild when local fighter Millie Eriksson stepped into the cage to make her professional debut – and damn, she lived up to the expectations!

The former IMMAF gold medalist put on a striking clinic against the seasoned Maiju Suotama, who had 15 fights against the likes of Miesha Tate and Lucie Pudilova on her resume.

Eriksson’s boxing was the most impressive part of her game. She established her distance from the start, landed her sharp jab at will, and by the end of the fight, Suotama’s face was left a bloody mess.

It’s refreshing to see an up-and-coming fighter looking so strategic and calm in her pro debut, using the jab in such an intelligent way. Very impressive!

It will be interesting to see Eriksson continue with her pro career.
