Venum Training Camp is becoming one of the hottest gyms in Thailand right now.
In a recent sitdown with Frontkick and Maximum Sports’ Sebastian Vendel-Martinez, Venum coach Chris Foster, who’s one of Sweden’s most experienced Muay Thai fighters, gives an unique insight in the gym.
”The thing we are doing here is hard work and dedication,” Foster says. ”I need to thank my boss a lot too, he’s a leader who’s pushing the whole clan. He’s hard working and dedicated, me myself is hardworking and dedicated, the other coaches are hard working and dedicated and we are pushing ourselves to the top. Just climbing and climbing, grinding and grinding all the time.”

Before starting as a coach, Christ Foster was a highly decorated Muay Thai champion with world titles, Swedish titles and Scandinavian titles to his name.
After quitting fighting professionally, Foster was a coach in Bangkok before starting at Venum Training Camp.
During his time coaching at the gym he trained a lot of successful fighters like Freddy Castro Gonzalez, Sajad Satari and Fabio Reis.
”All of my fighters, the way they work and come up, that’s the proudest moment for me,” Foster says.
