It looks like undefeated Norwegian MMA fighter Ivana Siric Petrovic will make her UFC debut on July 1 against the experienced flyweight Luana Carolina. The fight will take place at a UFC Fight Night at the Apex in Las Vegas.
The news of the matchup was first reported by freelance journalist Marcel Dorff.
Brazil’s Carolina made her UFC debut in May 2019 and so far pulled together a promotional record of 3-3. During the past few years she faced tough opponents like Molly McCann, Joanne Wood and Ariane Lipski.

Ivana Siric Petrovic is undefeated
The rising Norwegian MMA star Ivana Siric Petrovic is currently unbeaten with a 6-0 professional record, with 5 of her wins coming via stoppage.
In her last fight at Ares FC 14 she defended her flyweight title against Polish powerhouse Ewelina Wozniak. In an exclusive interview with Frontkick ahead of the title bout, the Norwegian fighter predicted that she would sign with the UFC in 2023.
”My goal is to come to the UFC to compete with the best. Hopefully by the end of the year, that’s what I think,” Siric Petrovic said.

The July 1 UFC Fight Night is expected to be headlined by a middleweight five-rounder between No. 7 ranked Sean ”Tarzan” Strickland and Abusupiyan Magomedov.
The fight will be Magomedov second-ever in the promotion.
