On June 3, TV star and MMA prospect Liam Pitts returns to Fight Club Rush to clash with Gothenburg’s Enes Ahmemulic.
The two will square off in an amateur bantamweight bout at FCR 16.
Pitts was scheduled to face David Hedlund at FCR 15 in February, but when Hedlund dropped out during fight week due to personal reasons he was replaced by Ahmemulic, who took the fight on short notice.
However, Pitts was hospitalised the day before the fight due to a stomach infection, and the bout was cancelled.
In June, the two prospects will finally duke it out in the FCR cage.
Liam Pitts will make his second appearance at Fight Club Rush
The upcoming bout against Ahmemulic will be the second-ever MMA fight for Liam Pitts, who made his MMA debut against Noah Persson at Fight Club R 11 last year. The fight went all three rounds and after the final bell, the young debutant stood as the winner via unanimous decision.
The upcoming fight at FCR 16 will mark Gothenburg’s Ahmemulic’s A-class MMA debut.
Also ready for the event are Stockholm’s Nabbe Malki, who made his promotional debut at FCR 13 in Stockholm last summer.
