No. 5 ranked middleweight Marvin Vettori will be back for a new tough fight in a five-round main event scheduled for April 6.
He will face No. 8 ranked Brendan Allen, who’s been on a roll lately, at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.
The fight was announced by the promotion, and so far it’s the only fight booked for the event.

Marvin Vettori has alternated losses
Marvin Vettori has alternated wins and losses over the past few years. He comes from a tough unanimous decision loss to Jared Cannonier in a Fight of the Night awarded main event in June. Vettori’s last win came against Roman Dolidze at UFC 286 in March 2023.
The Italian middleweight challenged Israel Adesanya for the title back in June 2021 at UFC 263.
Brendan Allen is riding a six-fight winning streak that dates back to February 5, 2022. His most recent win came against Paul Craig in his second main event in the UFC.
The 28-year-old made his promotional debut in October 2019 with a win against Kevin ”Trailblazer” Holland.
