Cub Swanson vs. Jonathan Martinez, October 15

Featherweight veteran Cub Swanson will make his bantamweight debut against Jonathan Martinez on October 15. The event takes place at the Apex in Las Vegas.

Swanson fought absolutely everyone in the stacked featherweight division, and it will be interesting to see how he will perform in a lower, but equally stacked, division.

Brandon Royval vs. Askar Askarov, October 15

On October 15, we will also see a highly interesting flyweight bout between Brandon Royval and Askar Askarov.

Royval is ranked No. 5 and has back-to-back wins against Rogério Bontorin and Matt Schnell. No. 4 ranked Askarov lost career-first fight against Kai Kara-France in March, before that he had a record of 14 wins and one draw.

Lina Länsberg vs. Karol Rosa, October 22

A women’s bantamweight bout between Sweden’s Lina Länsberg and Karol Rosa is set for UFC 280 in Abu Dhabi.

Länsberg is currently ranked No. 13 on the UFC rankings and comes from a loss against fellow Swede Pannie Kianzad in April. Her Brazilian opponent is ranked No. 11 and comes from a loss against Sara McMann earlier this year.

Muhammad Mokaev vs. Malcolm Gordon, October 22

UFC 280 also features a flyweight matchup between Malcolm Gordon and the hyped Muhammad Mokaev. Mokaev is undefeated with a record of 7-0 while Gordon has two straight wins against Francisco Figueiredo and Denys Bondar.

Nikita Krylov vs. Volkan Oezdemir, October 22

The stacked Abu Dhabi event will give the fans a highly interesting light heavyweight bout between No. 10 ranked Nikita Krylov and No. 8 ranked Volkan Oezdemir.

Besides being a important fight in the division, Krylov defeated Oezdemir’s teammate Alexander Gustafsson in June.

Katlyn Chookagian vs. Manon Fiorot, October 22

Katlyn Chookagian will take on rising star Manon Fiorot in a massive fight in the women’s flyweight division. No. 1 ranked Chookagian rides a four-fight win streak, while No. 7 ranked Fiorot is undefeated in the promotion with four solid wins.

Mark Madsen vs. Drakkar Klose, October 29

A lightweight bout between two of the best unranked lightweights in Mark Madsen and Drakkar Klose is set for a UFC Fight Night on October 29. Danish fighter Madsen is undefeated with a record of 12-0, while Klose is 5-1 in his last fights in the promotion. Very interesting fight!

Edson Barboza vs. Ilia Topuria, October 29

The October 29 event also features a featherweight bout between veteran Edson Barboza and rising star Ilia Topuria. Both fighters are looking to get into the top ten of the stacked division.

Marina Rodriguez vs. Amanda Lemos, November 5

On November 5 we will see an important fight in the women’s strawweight division when No. 3 ranked Marina Rodriguez will take on No. 8 ranked Amanda Lemos.

Rodriguez rides a four-weight win streak and is arguably one victory away from a title shot.

Movsar Evloev vs. Bryce Mitchell, November 5

A highly interesting fight between two undefeated featherweights Movsar Evloev and Bryce Mitchell is also set for November 5.

No. 10 ranked Evloev has a record of 16-0 with six wins in the UFC, while Mitchell has a flawless record of 15-0 with five wins in the promotion.

Frankie Edgar vs. Chris Gutierrez, November 12

Former UFC lightweight champion Frankie Edgar is ready for a final fight in the UFC. On November 12, the 40-year-old veteran will face Chris Gutierrez on UFC 281 at Madison Square Garden in New York.

The fight will be Edgar’s 30th in the promotion and he currently has a record 24-10-1, with 18-10-1 in the UFC. His opponent Gutierrez is 18-3-2, with 6-1-1 in the UFC.

Brad Riddell vs. Renato Moicano, November 12

At UFC 281 lightweights Brad Riddell and Renato Moicano will clash at the Madison Square Garden in New York. Riddell has back-to-back losses against Rafael Fiziev and Jalin Turner, while Moicano comes from a loss in a full-out war against Rafael dos Anjos.

Molly McCann vs. Erin Blanchfield, November 12

Rising star Molly McCann had a good year with two spectacular stoppage wins by spinning back elbow. At MSG, she will take on Erin Blanchfield in a women’s flyweight bout.

Blanchfield is undefeated in the promotion with three straight wins.

“I definitely didn’t expect to get the match up with her, but I definitely wasn’t opposed to it,” Blanchfield said about the fight. “When my manager texted me about it, I was like, that’s a perfect fight for me. She’s kind of riding some momentum now so it would be great to beat her up now and take a little bit of that shine off her.”

Dominick Reyes vs. Ryan Spann, November 12

Former light heavyweight title challenger Dominick Reyes had a tough time in the last two years. After being undefeated with 12 straight wins, he now rides a three-fight losing skid against top dogs Jon Jones, Jan Błachowicz and Jiří Procházka.

On UFC 281 he will take on No. 12 ranked Ryan Spann who comes from a win against Ion Cuțelaba in May.

Dustin Poirier vs. Michael Chandler, November 12

These two lightweight stars need no further introduction. The grudge match between Dustin Poirier and Michael Chandler is easily one of the absolute best fights of the autumn – if not the year.

Jennifer Maia vs. Maryna Moroz, November 19

A women’s flyweight bout between No. 9 ranked Jennifer Maia and the unranked Maryna Moroz will take place at a UFC Fight Night event on November 19.

Former title challenger Maia is 2-3 in her last five fights and is in need of a victory to get back on track.

Moroz rides a three-fight winning streak since her return to flyweight. Worth mentioning is that she’s also coaching the Ukrainian Olympic women’s boxing team.

Rafael dos Anjos vs. Bryan Barberena, December 3

Rafael dos Anjos is set for welterweight return against the always entertaining Bryan Barberena at UFC Orlando on December 3.

Tracy Cortez vs. Amanda Ribas, December 3

On December 3, we will see an interesting fight in the women’s flyweight division when No. 13 ranked Tracy Cortez takes on No. 9 ranked strawweight Amanda Ribas.

Cortez has ten straight wins, with four coming in the UFC.

Matt Schnell vs. Matheus Nicolau, December 3

On December 3, Matt Schnell and Matheus Nicolau will clash in a big fight in the flyweight division.

No. 8 ranked Schnell made one of the craziest comebacks we have seen in a long time when he submitted Su Mudaerji in July.  No. 7 ranked Nicolau is undefeated in the UFC with three straight wins.

Derek Brunson vs. Jack Hermansson, December 3

The December 3 event will also feature a big middleweight fight between Derek Brunson and Swedish star Jack Hermansson. 38-year-old veteran Brunson stated that this fight will be his final in MMA. The No. 5 ranked American comes from a tough KO loss against Jared Cannonier, and stated that

No. 8 ranked Hermansson comes from a solid win against Chris Curtis at UFC London in July.

Michael Johnson vs. Marc Diakiese, December 3

The stacked December 3 card also features a lightweight bout between Michael Johnson and Marc Diakiese.

Veteran Johnson made his UFC debut in 2011, and fought exactly everyone worth the name in both lightweight and featherweight. That includes wins over Tony Ferguson, Edson Barboza and Dustin Poirier.

Diakiese has back-to-back wins over Viacheslav Borschev and Damir Hadžović.

Robbie Lawler vs. Santiago Ponzinibbio, December 10

A welterweight fight between former champion Robbie Lawler and Santiago Ponzinibbio is set for UFC 282 that takes place in Las Vegas on December 10.

Both veterans come from tough losses and have everything to win at T-Mobile Arena.

Darren Till vs. Dricus du Plessis, December 10

Fan favourite Darren Till will take on Dricus du Plessis in a middleweight bout at UFC 282. Till has back-to-back losses against Derek Brunson and Robert Whittaker, while du Plessis is undefeated in the promotion with three straight wins.

Jairzinho Rozenstruik vs. Chris Daukaus, December 10

A heavyweight clash between heavy-hitting Jairzinho Rozenstruik and Chris Daukaus is scheduled for UFC 280 on December 10.

A pivotal fight for both heavyweights as Rozenstruik has back-to-back losses against Curtis Blaydes and Alexander Volkov, and Daukaus has back-to-back losses against Derrick Lewis and Curtis Blaydes.

Amir Albazi vs. Alex Perez, December 17

At the last UFC event of 2022, we will see a highly interesting flyweight bout between Amir Albazi and Alex Perez.

Iraqi-born Swedish Albazi, fights out of London and currently holds the No. 9 spot on the flyweight rankings. He is undefeated in the UFC with three straight wins and is looking to further climb the rankings on December 17.

His No. 6 ranked opponent Perez, has two straight losses against champion Deiveson Figueiredo and Alexandre Pantoja.
