Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal just clashed in one of the most anticipated boxing fights of the year at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California. The fight took place at heavyweight (175 pounds) over 10-rounds.
The fight went the distance and both combatants had their moments throughout the ten rounds.
After the final bell, Diaz defeated via majority decision, with 95-95, 97-93 and 98-92 on the scorecards.
Diaz came from a unanimous decision loss to Jake Paul this past August in his pro boxing debut. Masvidal hasn’t had a pro boxing fight since 2005 when he got a majority decision win against Joseph Benjamin.
The pairing clashed in a MMA bout back in November 2019, for the first fight for the ceremonial ”BMF” title.
The former UFC fighters had a good pay day in Califorina, making a combined 8 million dollars.

Earlier on the card, Chris Avila defeated former UFC lightweight champion Anthony Pettis via unanimous decision with 58-56, 59-55 and 59-55 on the scorecards.
