Let’s take a closer look at 17 Sweden-tied fighters that could be a part of a UFC Sweden card.

Guram Kutateladze is one of the best lightweights outside the UFC rankings and would have a given spot on a UFC Sweden main card.
Kutateladze faces Jordan Vucenic at tomorrow’s UFC card in Abu Dhabi.

Bernardo Sopai may have lost his short-notice debut in March, but is still a highly interesting prospect. With a proper fight camp, the Allstars talent is bound for success in the world’s premier MMA promotion.
Sopai has no date or opponent booked for his second UFC fight, but we will hopefully see him back in the octagon once more in 2024.

UFC superstar Khamzat Chimaev is one of the two Swedish fighters with enough star quality to headline a card in a major arena in the country.
After being forced to pull out of his fight against Robert Whittaker in June, MMA fans all over the world are looking forward to his return.

With two UFC fights in the book, Josefine ”Thunder” Knutsson is still undefeated as a pro MMA fighter.

Hermansson could definitely be fighting in a co-main event in a hypothetical UFC Sweden card.

As a Muay Thai, kickboxing and MMA champion, Samuel “Sammon Decker” Bark is widely regarded as a possible future UFC fighter by many fans and experts. In fact, a lot of people think he should have been in the UFC already.
Bark’s next fight is in local Swedish promotion Allstars Fight Night 8 in Stockholm on October 19.

Robin Roos might have lost a recent Cage Warriors title bout, but the Swedish middleweight is still a very, very dangerous fighter. A UFC debut in Sweden would be a fantastic opportunity for ”Pretty Boy” and a treat for the Swedish MMA fans.
Sakhi ”Machete” Qambari

UFC Sweden would be a perfect card to debut on for AFN’s featherweight champion Sakhi Qambari.
Also known as ”Machete”, the Allstars Training Fighter has four straight first-round submission wins.

Cage Warriors Alexander Lööf has quickly become a fan favorite because of his do-or-die attitude in the cage.
Known for his heavy hands, the Västerås fighter always brings entertainment to the crowd. Debuting at a UFC Sweden fight card would be perfect for the bantamweight prospect.

Amir Malekpour was scheduled to fight for the Cage Warriors flyweight title but was forced to pull out on short notice.
Malekpour is in fact already tied to the UFC since he’s working as a commentator on Viaplay’s Swedish broadcasts.

Undefeated Khaled Laallam fought the majority of his pro MMA bouts in UAE Warriors. Three of his five wins came in the first round. In his last fight he defeated Diego Bandu via unanimous decision.
Aitana Alvarez

Spain’s Aitana Alvarez has recently become a very interesting fighter on the European MMA scene. With experience from KSW, OKTAGON MMA and Combate Global, Alvarez fought some very tough opponents during her career.
After moving to Allstar Training Center, she has pulled together a string of impressive performances.

Switzerland’s top ranked light heavyweight Volkan Oezdemir has relocated to Allstars Training Center in Stockholm where he rebooted his career. With back-to-back first-round stoppage wins, Oezdemir could potentially be close to a title fight.
Oezdemir could definitely be a part of the co-main event in a hypothetical UFC Sweden card.

The 37-year-old has been out of action for two years, but with a big win in his next fight, Gustafsson could very well find himself in a main event in Sweden.
