UFC announces two title fights for Dec. 7
UFC 310 will be headlined by two title fights.
Newly crowned welterweight champ Belal Muhammad makes his first defense against Shavkat Rakhmonov in the main event. We will also see Alexandre Pantoja put his flyweight title on the line against former RIZIN champion Kai Asakura in the co-main event.
UFC 310 is scheduled for Dec. 7 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
Conor McGregor to fight in February?
Yesterday, Conor McGregor claimed that his long-awaited, long-delayed return to action will go down on February 1 in Saudi Arabia. In an interview with Bloody Elbow, the Irishman claimed he will face No. 5 ranked lightweight Dan Hooker.
UFC is yet to confirm the matchup.
Brandon Royval hands Tatsuro Taira first loss
Top ranked flyweights Brandon Royval and Tatsuro Taira delivered a Fight of the Year contender in the main event of UFC Vegas 98. After five tough rounds, Royval stood as the winner with 48-47, 48-47 and 47-48 on the scorecards.
