In August, Mexican strawweight Yazmin Jauregui made her promotional debut with a bang as she defeated Iasmin Lucindo in an all-out war.
Ending her second UFC fight via a brutal second-round TKO, she moved to 10-0, and as we’re going into 2023, Jauregui stands out as one of the most interesting strawweight prospects on the roster.
2. Raul Rosas Jr.

Just 17 year old, Raul Rosas Jr. earned a UFC at Dana White’s Contender Series this past summer, and as an 18-year-old he took on Jay Perrin in his promotional debut at UFC 282.
The young Mexican bantamweight just needed a half round to prove all doubters wrong as he submitted Perrin effortlessly to extend his flawless record to 7-0.

Undefeated Muhammad Mokaev bursted into the UFC scene as he submitted Cody Durden in just 58 seconds at the O2 Arena in London. During the year Mokaev also defeated Charles Johnson via unanimous decision and finished Malcolm Gordon at UFC 280 in Abu Dhabi.
With an insane resume that includes 9-0 as a pro and as a 22-0 amateur, the 22-year-old fighter seems destined to be a UFC champion in the future.
