Former welterweight champion Kamaru Usman had one of the most impressive winning-streaks in the company’s history, with 14 straight wins.

He became the welterweight champion after defeating Tyron Woodley in March 2019, and held the belt until August 2020 when he lost it to Leon Edwards. During his years as champion he defended the title five times against Colby Covington, Jorge Masvidal and Gilbert Burns.

In less than two weeks, Usman returns to challenge Edwards for the title at UFC 286 in London.
