UFC Vegas 54 results: Blachowicz defeated Rakic by injury TKO

The UFC Vegas 54 event featured some highly entertaining fights from inside the UFC APEX.

In the main event former light heavyweight champion Jan Blachowicz defeated No. 3 ranked Aleksandar Rakic after eleven competitive minutes. In the very beginning of the third round, Rakic’s knee gave up, and Blachowicz was declared winner by TKO.

In the co-main event, No. 13 ranked light heavyweight Ryan Spann defeated Ion Cutelaba with a guillotine choke in the very first round.

The UFC Vegas 54 also delivered a tough battle between No. 1 ranked women’s flyweight Katlyn Chookagian and strawweight Amanda Ribas, as well as outstanding performances by Davey Grant and Michael Johnson.

50 000 dollar bonuses

Chookagian and Ribas received the Fight of the Night bonus for their competitive flyweight bout.

Manuel Roberto Torres and Ryan Spann was awarded with the Performance of the Night bonuses.
