VIDEO: Swedish Muay Thai Star Nicholas Bryant changes gym ahead of comeback

Swedish Muay Thai Star Nicholas Bryant has relocated from Gothenburg to Stockholm to change his training ahead of his expected comeback to the ring later this year.

”For many years I wanted to come here, Bryant exclusively tells Frontkick.” I’ve seen the level they have here.” ”It’s a good step in my training to have some new experiences, new input. It can’t go wrong to change your environment a bit to change up to learn new stuff.”

Nicholas Bryant has lately taken some time off for personal reasons but is looking forward to get back in the ring to compete in the upcoming months.

”I want to have some fights in the autumn. That’s my plan. I don’t know what yet, but there is some stuff happening in Gothenburg. Maybe something in England, I’m not sure, but I want to get into my training structure before I plan anything definitely. I want to get into a schedule and get some work. Can’t say too much now but I’m planning to fight.”

Nicholas Bryant is 7-1 as a pro Muay Thai fighter

With a 7-1 record the three-time Swedish Muay Thai champion is one of the most promising Muay Thai fighters in Scandinavia right now.

In his most recent outing, in December 2022 at MTFL 4.0, Bryant took his career-first loss against the dangerous ONE Championship contender Jacob Smith at MTFL 4.0.

Smith was ranked No. 1 in UK at the time and won the five-round fight via split decision.
