Undefeated Swedish bantamweight Ali Taleb just put on a dominant performance in his PFL debut against Darius Mafim. Just three minutes into the first round, the Swede secured a guillotine choke that put an end to the fight.
With the massive win, Taleb progressed to the 2023 PFL Europe series.
“This is a very motivated individual,” the PFL commentators said after the impressive performance.
With the first-round finish at the Copper Box Arena in London, the Swede is still undefeated and has a professional record of 8-0, with just one fight going the distance. On July 2, he knocked out Vincius de Oliveira and claimed the UAE Warriors World Bantamweight Championship.
Taleb made his professional debut at Fight Club Rush 5 in August 2019, with a stoppage-win over Shoeb Akrami.
