Battle of Botnia: Champ Andreas Ståhl set for first title defense

Battle of Botnia welterweight champion Andreas “Reel Steel” will take on former Jungle FC champion Max Denner in his first title defense on December 9.
The Swedish UFC veteran won the promotion’s 170 lbs title as he defeated Gabriel Barreiro via unanimous decision on May 27.
Ståhl also became the Superior Challenge welterweight champion this past December.

Henriksson vs. Söderberg at Battle of Botnia
A fight between Mathias “Farm Boy” Henriksson and Tobias Söderberg is also announced for the event.
Henriksson has a 1-1 pro record and comes from a win at the promotion’s last event in May, while Söderberg is undefeated with one pro win against Tobias Wallberg. He’s also booked for one more fight this autumn as he will take on Sevan Madenjian at WFP 8 on September 30.
Battle of Botnia will take place on December 9 at Thoren Arena in Umeå.
