Swedish MMA fighter and promoter David “Fat Boy Slim” Jacobsson will end 2022 with a big fight at Oktagon 38.

On December 30, he will face Max Handanagić at the O2 arena in Prague, Czech Republic. The fight was recently announced on social media.

David Jacobsson headlined own event in October

In his last fight, the busy Swede submitted Bulgarian Veselin Dimitrov in a welterweight bout at Wolf Fight Promotion 4 in October.

“Fat Boy Slim”, who headlined the card, was also arranging and promoting the whole show.

“It was intense. I had to push in as much work as possible between the training. I trained in the mornings, tried to work before and after. Trained in the afternoons – it was a goddamn puzzle. A challenge to say the least,” Jacobsson told Frontkick  after the fight.

“I won the fight, even though it wasn’t the best performance. But I’m proud that I didn’t let the stress break me.”

Jacobsson has a professional record of 11-3 and is currently riding a three-fight winning streak.
