Muay Thai For Life (MTFL): 6.0: Unite Against Cancer will be a landmark event for Swedish martial arts, and as if the fans didn’t already gave plenty of reason to attend the event, the latest booking will surely get the excitement to a fever pitch. Young super talent Amir El-Dakkak has now signed on to face homegrown Gothernburg star Nasim Kazem!
MTFL 6.0 goes down at Partille Arena in Gothenburg, October 28th.
Malmö Muay Thai’s El-Dakkak is a two-time Swedish junior champion who spent time at Venum Training Center in Pattaya, Thailand earlier this year under the tutelage of renowned coach Chris Forster. Thus far El-Dakkak holds a 2-0 record in MTFl, with wins over Magnus Blomberg and Ali Mervash.
Kazem is about as battle tested as they come and is also a former Swedish junior champion who has also represented the Swedish national team in Muay Thai. Kazem defeated the highly ranked Thiago Mendes at MTFL and has since had two fantastic fights in the promotion, against Freddy Castro Gonzalez and Linus Bylander. While Kazem lost both he delivered incredible performances in both bouts, with the latter being one of the best Swedish Muay Thai bouts in recent times.

MTFL Unite Against Cancer
The event will see young, Swedish World Champion Vilda Ekhorn face off against Norwegian veteran Anne-Line Hogstad and Canadian heavyweight Muay Thai champ Hassab Oseini has also signed to fight at MTFL in October.
MTFL: Unite Against Cancer is a charity fundraising event in favour of The Swedish Cancer Society and will take place on October 28 at the Partiella Arena in Gothenburg. The card will be streamed by DAZN.
“This extraordinary fusion of athleticism, star power, and entertainment will create an unforgettable evening that transcends the boundaries of traditional combat sports events, ” MTFL Patrick Thomsen said about the event.
