Undefeated Swedish MMA prospect Josefine Knutsson is booked for a new tough international fight at Dana White’s Contender Series on August 22.
She is set to take on Isis Verbeek who has a record of 4-1 with four straight wins.
Knutsson, who holds an undefeated 5-0 record, is a multiple time Swedish Muay Thai champion and she has also won a world championship title. So far she has lined up impressive wins over the likes of TUF-veteran Lanchana Green and most recently Australian Muay Thai champ Jacinta Austin.
Verbeek, who holds a 4-1 is also a seasoned striker with several kickboxing bouts. Since a loss in her pro MMA debut the dutch fighter has remained perfect inside the cage with four straight wins, including a victory in Invicta FC.
Aside from other martial arts Verbeek has also competed in bare knuckle MMA and boxing, yet still holds a submission win in MMA.
