Report: Swedish UFC vet threatened, slandered and harassed by 35 year old woman

Yesterday, a 35-year-old woman was convicted for harassing Swedish UFC veteran Rostem Akman. The news was first reported by Swedish MMA site Kimura.

The woman has been convicted by Swedish court for slander, threat and harrasment, and sentenced to pay 20 000 SEK in fines, as well as 10 000 SEK in damages to Akman.

The court documents reveal that the woman has harassed the former UFC fighter since 2019, after she began training boxing with him. She started to send pictures of weapons to Akman, contacted his relatives, and 17 fight gyms accusing him for sexual harresment. The woman harrassed him until January 2022, and he reported her to the police on three different occasions.

The court documents reveal that the woman’s messages have been offending and appalling, and some messages have been followed by pictures of weapons. In one message the woman threatened to kill Akman with a knife.

Rostem Akman competed twice in the UFC

Rostem “Kurdimus Prime” Akman fought twice in the UFC and has a professional record of 6-4. He currently trains at Kraft Kampsport with Nico Musouke.

He last competed at Cage Fight Series 10 in April 2022.
