Safi Husseini will take on Kevin Osorio in a bantamweight contest at Fight Club Rush 18 in November. The promotion just announced the fight on social media.
Husseini has a 3-2 professional record and comes from back-to-back wins against Hama Dara and Karvann Ahmadi in Finnish MMA organization CAGE.
Osorio enters the fight with a 1-1 pro record. In his debut he defeated Anton Larsson via a second-round submission at Ak Fighting Championship 2 back in 2019. In his comeback at FCR 17 a few weeks back, he lost to Ali Yazbeck via unanimous decision.
Fight Club Rush 18 will take place in Västerås on November 25 and will just as usual be streamed by UFC Fight Pass.
The headliner of the evening is a flyweight title fight where champion Jonny Touma will take on his rival Renato Vidovic in a five round bout. The pairing would have clashed at FCR 17 in September, but will now finally face each other in Touma’s first title defense.
The card will also mark the return of Hecher Sosa and Ebrima Faal. At this point there is no word of who the two fan favorites will fight.
