We just saw the Superior Challenge 24 co-main event between Norway’s Kenneth Bergh and Brazil’s on Ederson Macedo.
It was Ederson Macedo who won the light heavyweight title bout by rear-naked choke. The Brazilian veteran is now the new Superior Challenge light heavyweight champion.

The first round started at a furious pace where both fighters landed heavy shots. Macedo got cut early in the round. The Norwegian controlled most of the round but got submitted with a rear-naked-choke that seemed to appear out of nowhere.
“I came here, everyone thought Kenneth would win. I came here for my family and country,“ Macedo said in the post fight interview.
This was Kenneth Bergh’s first professional loss. The Norwegian star went unbeaten in ten straight fights before tonight’s upset loss to Macedo.
