Re-watch Alex Pereira’s brutal first-round KO – Shuts Strickland’s lights with perfect left hook

On November 12, No. 4 ranked middleweight Alex Pereira will challenge rival Israel Adesanya for the UFC middleweight title. The highly anticipated bout will headline UFC 281 at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

In his last fight at UFC 276 in July, Pereira defeated Sean ”Tarzan” Strickland via a vicious first-round knockout. The feared Brazilian used his patented left hook – the same punch he KO’d Adesanya with in a kickboxing bout back in 2018 – to knock out ”Tarzan” halfway into the first round.
