The world-famous Allstars Training Center, is the biggest MMA gym in Sweden, and home of UFC stars like Khamzat Chimaev, Alexander Gustafsson and Guram Kutateladze, as well as up-and-coming prospects like Josefine Knutsson Lindgren and Felipe Lima.
Now, Allstars will expand big time with a brand new training center that opens in January 2023.
In an exclusive interview with Frontkick, Allstars coach Andreas Michael reveals more about the new, massive facility that will be located in Solna, Stockholm.
“We are one of the best teams in the world with the little that we have. Now that we are going to build this training centre here, we will be able to do more and reach new levels. It’s going to be American style, where they have like monster training centers. I think everyone is going to be pretty happy, and we are going to do our best to make this into one of the best training centers in the world,” Michael says.
“Everything is done by the best of standards. The 2.0 of Allstars. Taking it to the next level, like we have taken MMA to the next level, now we’re going to take the sports centers to the next level. We’re setting a standard here. We are showing that in Sweden we can do just as good as the biggest places in the world.”
The massive new gym will have around a thousand square meters of mat area, a full size cage and boxing ring for competitions, as well as a fully equipped rehab center with doctors, masseuses and chiropractors.
“Our goal is to have everything in one place,” Michael explains. “We will have a full sized cage with lights, camera – action! We are going to make events here as well, so we can promote up-and-coming fighters, push them, build records and get them where they should be. Making dreams come true.”
“Join our journey, follow us. Soon you are going to have the possibility to train in an amazing family environment where everyone is welcome. This is just the beginning of this journey,” Michals tells Frontkick.
