The main card for Saturday’s UFC 290 pay-per-view has taken a big hit as the fight between the rising star Bo Nickal and Tresean Gore is cancelled.

According to MMA journalist Ariel Helwani, Gore pulled out due to an undisclosed injury.

“Bo Nickal is need of a new opponent for this weekend’s UFC 290 card, sources say,” Helwani wrote. “His opponent Tresean Gore is out due to injury. UFC is working on keeping Nickal on the card, I’m told. Hoping to finalize a new bout today.”
