At Dana White’s Contender Series Season 6 on Tuesday, Bruna Brasil not just secured a UFC contract – she did it in the most forceful manner possible.
Brasil put on a dominant performance for the better part of two rounds, using her reach to land solid striking on Marnic Mann. In the end of the second round, she threw a picture perfect left high kick that landed flush on Mann’s head and knocked her opponent out cold.

”Bruna Brasil is a savage”
UFC president Dana White was very impressed by the performance.
”Yeah, obviously Bruna is a savage,” White said at the Contender Series Post-Fight Press Conference. ”I think some really good talent came out tonight.”
The Brazilian fighter was pleased with her own performance and claimed that she practiced the kick a lot coming into the important fight.
”I’m the special one,” she said at the press conference. ”I love kicking. We trained that a lot, because of the height difference it was there.”
29-year-old Bruna Brasil has a professional record of 8-2-1 and rides a three-fight winning streak. She made her pro debut in 2014 at Parana Regional.
