Did Jamie Mullarkey’s management just leak UFC Dublin in December?

Well, in a recent Instagram post the UFC lightweight fighter’s manager seemingly revealed the promotion’s return to the Emerald Island in 2023.

“Pleased to announce (Jamie Mullarkey) has signed a new multi fight deal with the (UFC) Jamie 3.1.0 in his last 4 fights will be looking to get out next in Ireland in December if we can make it happen. Congrats Jamie, well deserved,” HD Global Athlete Management wrote.

MMA fighter demand UFC Dublin

There are many fighters who demand the promotion’s return to Ireland.

Undefeated welterweight prospect Ian Garry Machade, who comes fresh from a dominant win against veteran Neil Magny, has raised his voice regarding a UFC event in his home country.

“I want the UFC back in Dublin. I want to bring the UFC back to Dublin. The Irish fans deserve it, they have been absolutely amazing for me. I want to bring it back for them, they deserve it. They are the loudest fans in the world, and we have done so much in the sport that I think we deserve it at this stage,” Garry said a while back.

So far, there have been three UFC events in Ireland, with the most recent back in 2015.
