It looks like UFC CEO Dana White accidentally leaked some of the fights for the upcoming UFC 305 card in Perth, Australia.
In a new social media post, you can see names on the wall behind White. As it appears that following athletes will compete at the UFC 305 fight card:
- Israel Adesanya – Middleweight
- Song Yadong – Bantamweight
- Jack Della Maddalena – Welterweight
- Steve Erceg – Flyweight
- Drakkar Klose – Lightweight
Title fight for Israel Adesanya?
Former middleweight king Adesanya will most likely fight reigning champion Dricus du Plessis in the main event of UFC 305.
The two rivals have been trading verbal blows for a long time and were expected to fight at UFC 293 last September. However, du Plessis decided not to fight due to a leg injury, and was replaced by Sean Strickland, who defeated Adesanya on points.
Strickland later lost the title to du Plessis at UFC 297.
UFC 305 will take place on August 18, 2024, at the RAC Arena in Perth, Australia. The event will mark the promotion’s third visit to Perth and first since UFC 284 in February 2023. Following fights are announced for the card.
- Lightweight bout: Tom Nolan vs. Alex Reyes
- Women’s Flyweight bout: Casey O’Neill vs. Tereza Bleda
