In June, former strawweight champion Joanna Jędrzejczyk announced her retirement from mixed martial arts, after losing to Zhang Weili at UFC 275.
Now however, Jedrzejczyk is now back in the UFC strawweight rankings at the No. 15 spot.

Joanna Jedrzejczyk retired at 35
In her post-fight interview at UFC 275, the 35-year-old strawweight announced her retirement from the sport after eight years in the UFC.
”It’s been 20 years. I’m turning 35 this year. I want to be a mom. I want to be a businesswoman. I’ve been training two decades, more than half of my life. I appreciate you all. I love you guys,” Jedrzejczyk said.
The Polish fighter won the strawweight title after defeating Carla Esparza via TKO at UFC 185 in March, 2015. She then defended her title five times before losing it to Rose Namanjuas at UFC 217 on November 4, 2017.
