Six-month testing pool policy or not, UFC lightweight Michael Chandler recently claimed that he would be ready to face Conor McGregor if the Irish superstar just had two clean USADA tests.
”I don’t know what the understanding is. I could see it very well being just two clean tests. I have no problem with it being two clean tests. I couldn’t care less,” Chandler recently told ESPN MMA’s Brett Okamoto.
”If you do two clean tests, sounds to be like you’re clean. At this point, who am I to say what the stipulations are. But obviously, yeah, I’m ready for him to get cleared.”

Michael Chandler: ”It’s all just a big show”
It still remains to be seen when – or if – ”The Notorious will return to the USADA testing pool, and if the UFC return will happen at all.
”Conor says one thing, USADA says another,” Chandler said. ”As we like to see, Conor publicly be in spats, whether it be Dana here and there, other people here and there, sponsors here and there. People that don’t even make sense for him to be picking fights with; different weight classes, different organizations. It’s all just a big show.”
Former Bellator champion Michael Chandler made his UFC debut in January 2021.
He is 2-3 in the promotion after facing top level competition like Dustin Poirier, Charles Oliveira, Justin Gaethje, Tony Ferguson and Dan Hooker.
Conor McGregor has been out of action since July 2021 when he suffered a broken leg in his fight against Poirier.
