Bare-knuckle boxing star “Platinum” Mike Perry wants to step up in competition.

According to Perry, there’s interest from at least one former world boxing champion, and he can’t wait to test himself against him.

“Absolutely, there’s some incredible boxers out there,” Perry said. “Some of them are so good at throwing hands, they could come over and get the show. For example, I’ve heard the name Caleb Plant come across the desk and I was very interested in that. I think he’s an incredible fighter and I would love to have the recognition to face a guy like that.”

Mike Perry: “Put some respect on my name”

Plant held the IBF super middleweight title from 2019 to 2021 and has faced fighters like Canelo Alvarez and David Benavidez.

“Just have some people put some respect on my name because I put a lot into this, I train really hard and I can fight,” Perry said about facing a top boxer next.

Mike Perry comes from a big win against former BKFC champion and UFC veteran Thiago Alves at BKFC KnuckleMania 4. “Platinum” stopped Alves in just 60 seconds.
