Undefeated UFC flyweight Muhammad Mokaev recently revealed on social media that he dislocated his shoulder in training, and will require surgery before he can fight again.
“Alhadmulillah in any situation! Unfortunately I have dislocated my shoulder, now I will wait for the operation! Thanks to all my supporters I will be back as soon as possible, I promise you! Love you all,” Mokaev recently wrote on Twitter.
The 22-year-old wasn’t booked for a fight at the moment, and although he wants to fight the upcoming UFC 286 card that takes place in London on March 18, it’s not clear how long it will take to recover.
“Exact same day last year I have broke my hand before my ufc debut in London, I will do everything to fight on ufc London card! I tried to keep the operation till after the fight but I can’t even lift my arm,” Mokaev wrote.

During the year Mokaev also took a unanimous decision win over Charles Johnson and defeated Malcolm Gordon.
