Saturday’s stacked UFC event loses fight last minute

UFC flyweight Felipe Bunes is out of his fight with Zhalgas Zhumagulov on Saturday.
According to the promotion, he withdrew due to medical issues.
This is the third straight booking that has fallen through for Zhumagulov, who was scheduled to face both Nate Maness and Rafael Estevam at UFC 288 a few weeks back.
However, Zhumagulov already has been re-booked to fight Joshua Van next Saturday at the UFC event in Jacksonville. The news of the new matchup was first reported by Eurosport’s Marcel Dorff.
21-year-old flyweight prospect Van was scheduled to compete on the Contender Series on August 8, but now goes straight to the UFC on short notice.
