UFC middleweight champion Sean Strickland is known to be a controversial and outspoken person outside the cage.

At a recent post-fight press conference ahead of UFC 297, the headliner did not respond lightly to MMA journalist Alex Lee’s questions about some of his past comments about the LGBTQ+ community.

”You are a weak fucking man, dude, you are like part of the fucking problem,” Strickland said. ”You ask me some stupid shit like that? Go fuck yourself! Move the fuck on, fucking coward.”

”Ten years ago to be trans was a mental fucking illness. Now, all of a sudden, people like you fucking weaseled your way in the world. You are an infection. You are the definition of weakness. Everything that is wrong with the world is because of fucking you,” Strickland said and pointed at the reporter.

”And the best thing is that the world is not buying it. The world is not buying your fucking bullshit. The world is not saying ’you know what, you are right, chicks have dicks’, the world is not saying that. The world is saying there are two genders. I don’t want my kids being taught about who they can fuck in school. I don’t want my kids being taught about their sexual preference. This guy is the fucking enemy.”
