Sean Strickland reveals fan friendly game plan for ”scary” Jared Cannonier

On Saturday, fan favorite Sean Strickland returns to action to face Jared Cannonier in the last UFC main event of the year.

In a recent interview with the Schmo, ”Tarzan” promised his fans that he will deliver action come Saturday night, against what he describes as a ”big” and ”scary” opponent.

”I’m going to stand out in the middle, on that big fucking logo, with my fucking hands up, and I’m going to try to fucking scrap and knock this man out. We will see what happens, but I’m doing it for you guys,” Strickland said.

Sean Strickland thinks Ankalaev should fight for the title again

A few days ago, Strickland’s teammate Magomed Ankalaev fought for the UFC light heavyweight gold. However, the fight was declared a draw after a debated and criticized decision by the judges.

”Ankalaev is one of the best I ever trained with. Ankalaev in the gym – hands down one of the best. I think he got fucking robbed. It is what it is. Fucking judges man, sometimes they are asleep,” Strickland said.

The outspoken middleweight thinks his teammate deserves to get an immediate rematch for the vacant title, instead of Glover Teixeira and Jamahal Hill.

”We should have them fucking rematch, and they should have the title, Ankalaev deserves it, he’s the best fighter.”
