Fight fans all over the world are in for a crazy good weekend. Bellator returns with a event in Hawaii, UFC delivers a interesting card in Las Vegas, and the “Gypsy King”, Tyson Fury, returns to the ring to defend his heavyweight title in London, England.

Tonight, Bellator 278: Velasquez vs. Carmouche takes place at Neal S. Blaisdell Arena in Honolulu, Hawaii. The card is headlined by a flyweight title fight between champion Juliana Velasquez and MMA legend Liz Carmouche.
The Brazilian Velasquez is undefeated with 12 wins. She won the flyweight title in December 2020 and defended it once.
Since the move from UFC to Bellator, Carmouche is undefeated with three straight wins.

On Saturday’s UFC Vegas 52, the former strawweight champion Jessica Andrade faces No. 10-ranked contender Amanda Lemos. The card also features a co-main event between veteran Clay Guida and Claudio Puelles, as well as other intresting match ups.

On Saturday heavyweight champion Tyson Fury will make his second title defence, this time against Dillian Whyte. The bout will take place at London’s Wembley Stadium in front of 90,000 audience.
“The fans are in for a real treat,” Fury said on Wednesday’s press conference. “I know Dillian. I know him personally, and he knows me. And we’re going to rock n’ roll on fight night. We’re ready to throw down and treat us all to a hell of a barnstorm.”
Fury has a record of 31-0-1, with 22 wins by knock out. In October last year he knocked out Deontay Wilder in one of the most exciting heavyweight championship fights in years.
Whyte has a record of 28-2, with 19 wins by knock out. In March last year he defeated Alexander Povetkin in four rounds.
