UFC 298: Volkanovski vs. Topuria will take place on Saturday February 17 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.
A featherweight title fight between current champion Alexander Volkanovski and rising star Ilia Topuria will headline the card. The fight marks Volkanovski’s sixth title defense since winning the belt in December 2019.
Topuria is undefeated with a 14-0 record. Six fights into his UFC career he will fight in his first title fight.
Stacked main card
In the co-main event we will finally see former middleweight champion Robert Whittaker and former title challenger Paulo Costa. The pairing was scheduled to compete twice before but the fight fell through both times.
The card also features a welterweight bout between undefeated Ian Machado Garry and veteran Geoff Neal.
